REFUND & RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the consumable nature of hemp-derived products, all sales are final.

Refunds, replacements, or store credit may only be issued under the specific circumstances outlined in this policy.

PURCHASES FROM THIRD-PARTY RETAILERS

Wheediez does not process refunds or exchanges for purchases made through third-party retailers, distributors, or websites other than wheediez.com.

If you purchased a Wheediez product from another retailer or website, please contact the original place of purchase for assistance.

ORDERS PURCHASED FROM WHEEDIEZ.COM

If you purchased directly from www.wheediez.com and experience an issue with your order, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your package.

Requests submitted after 10 days from the delivery date may not be eligible for review.

Because cannabinoid products can affect individuals differently, product effectiveness or personal preference is not a valid reason for a refund.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Email contactus@wheediez.com with the following information:

• Your order number in the subject line (Example: DAMAGED PRODUCT – ORDER #1234)  
• A detailed description of the issue  
• Photos of the product in question  
• Photos of the shipping box  
• Photos of the packing slip  

Once we receive this information, our team will review the claim and assess the situation.

The review process may take up to 5 business days depending on the nature of the issue.

Failure to provide all requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.

If a claim is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:

• Product replacement  
• Store credit  
• Refund (in limited circumstances)

Return instructions will be provided if necessary.

DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS BACK TO US UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FROM OUR SUPPORT TEAM.

We cannot issue replacements or refunds without inspecting the original product when required.

DAMAGES & ORDER ISSUES

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Proof of the issue and return of the original product may be required before a replacement or refund is issued.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Wheediez is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, it will be considered successfully delivered and fulfilled by the carrier.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier or their local post office to investigate delivery issues.

We strongly recommend purchasing Route Shipping Protection at checkout to protect your order.

If Route Shipping Protection is purchased and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please file a claim directly with Route.

SHIPPING CARRIER DELAYS

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Wheediez cannot guarantee delivery timelines and is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By placing an order with Wheediez, the customer agrees to contact contactus@wheediez.com to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or credit card provider.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may be considered fraudulent activity.

Wheediez reserves the right to submit order details, shipping confirmation, delivery confirmation, IP address information, and customer communications to the payment processor as evidence in the event of a dispute.

Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks may be restricted from making future purchases on our website.
