WHEEDIEZ SHIPPING POLICY
At Wheediez, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly and efficiently as possible while maintaining strict quality control.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after the order is received, subject to product availability.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier’s system.
Wheediez ships all orders exclusively via USPS. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before being handed off to the carrier.
USPS ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.
Once an order has shipped, Wheediez is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carrier-related issues.
Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION
Wheediez offers optional Route Shipping Protection at checkout to help protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
If Route Shipping Protection is purchased, all claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed directly through Route.
Route handles the entire claims process, including investigation, approval, and reimbursement.
Wheediez does not process claims, refunds, or replacements for orders that have Route Shipping Protection. Customers must submit their claim directly with Route through the Route app or their claims portal.
If Route Shipping Protection is declined at checkout, Wheediez is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows the package has been delivered by the carrier.
SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY & LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Wheediez ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally and do not ship to states or jurisdictions where our products are prohibited by law.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that ordering from Wheediez is legal in their state or locality.
Wheediez sells hemp-derived products that are intended to comply with applicable federal law, including the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill. However, state and local laws vary and may impose additional restrictions beyond federal requirements.
Because of these differences, Wheediez does not ship to locations where our products may be restricted, prohibited, or subject to enforcement actions under state or local law.
STATES WE DO NOT SHIP TO
At this time, Wheediez does not ship THCa products (including flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, vapes, or gummies) to the following states due to existing laws, regulations, or enforcement policies:

Arkansas
Idaho
Minnesota
Oregon
Rhode Island
Vermont
Hawaii
Utah

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
By placing an order with Wheediez, you confirm that:
• You are 21 years of age or older
• The products you are purchasing are legal to possess and receive in your jurisdiction
• You understand that state and local laws may differ from federal law
Wheediez is not responsible for orders placed in violation of state or local laws.
ORDER REVIEW & CANCELLATION
All orders are subject to review prior to shipment.
If we determine that an order cannot be legally shipped to the provided address:
• The order may be canceled
• A refund may be issued to the original payment method (excluding non-refundable processing fees, if applicable)
SHIPPING & CARRIER LIMITATIONS
Wheediez is not responsible for:
• Packages delayed, returned, or seized due to local laws or carrier policies
• Orders placed with incorrect or restricted shipping addresses
Once an order has shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer, subject to applicable law.
DISCREET PACKAGING
All eligible orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no explicit product descriptions on the exterior of the package.
POLICY UPDATES
This Shipping Policy may be updated at any time to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or enforcement practices.
Continued use of the Wheediez website constitutes acceptance of the most current version of this policy.
