Route Shipping Protection
At checkout, customers may purchase Route Shipping Protection to protect their order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
If Route Shipping Protection is purchased, all claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed directly through Route. Route handles the claims process and any approved reimbursements or replacements.
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered by the carrier and Route Shipping Protection was purchased, Wheediez is not liable for missing packages and customers must contact Route to file a claim.
If Route Shipping Protection is declined at checkout, Wheediez is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Discreet Shipping
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no product identifiers on the exterior of the package.
Returned, Delayed, or Lost Packages
Once an order has been handed over to USPS, Wheediez is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or restricted destination, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
