Wheediez ships all orders exclusively through USPS. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before being handed off to the carrier.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Wheediez is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS.
Shipping Restrictions
Wheediez currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally and do not ship to states or jurisdictions where our products are restricted or prohibited by law.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that hemp-derived products are legal in their state or locality before placing an order.
Orders placed to restricted locations may be canceled or returned.
Route Shipping Protection
At checkout, customers may purchase Route Shipping Protection to protect their order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
If Route Shipping Protection is purchased, all claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed directly through Route. Route handles the claims process and any approved reimbursements or replacements.
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered by the carrier and Route Shipping Protection was purchased, Wheediez is not liable for missing packages and customers must contact Route to file a claim.
If Route Shipping Protection is declined at checkout, Wheediez is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Discreet Shipping
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no product identifiers on the exterior of the package.
Returned, Delayed, or Lost Packages
Once an order has been handed over to USPS, Wheediez is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or restricted destination, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
